While the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act provide the basis for our returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws. We have a 30-day period where you can bring in the item purchased and exchange it for a similar item. We will exchange jewellery if it is an incorrect size or is faulty or otherwise defective, but cannot exchange a product due to change of mind, for a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Any difference in price is either paid by the purchaser if the new item is more expensive or refunded by us if the new item is less expensive than the original item purchased.
